10 day no questions asked/change of mind postage paid refund policy

We understand that buying things online is different to buying in person. Sometimes things just aren't quite what you expected. We offer a 10 day no questions asked postage paid refund policy as long as items are returned in as new condition. If you need to return an item please contact us via email at hello@eco-interiors.com.au and we will organise to have the  item collected.

5 year workmanship guarantee: 

We believe in making quality products that will last. All our cushion covers are handmade from a wide variety of fabrics. We do everything we can to ensure the quality of our product but if you find with normal usage something is coming undone please send us an email with some photos and short description of the problem. We will respond on an individual basis based on this information but in most cases we will be happy to in the first instance repair or otherwise replace the item.

End of Life Take Back Scheme

We believe in taking responsibility for the products we make and so we are happy to offer an 'End of Life Take Back Scheme'. When you return your cushion at the end of its life we will send you a voucher to say thank you. The value of the voucher will depend on the condition of the cushion but will range from a discount of 5-15%
