I first approached Eco Interiors to request a custom cushion using the fabric bags which our duvet cover arrived in. Sarah took into account my size requirements and provided me with a number of different colour combinations, all of which were great. I finally settled on my preferred one and now have a beautiful matching cushion for our bed. Sarah was even able to re-use the zip from the fabric bags. Professional and prompt service. I enquired about a custom make item (a dog coat) as a gift. Sarah replied within a few hours, was very accomodating helpful and friendly, went out of her way to ensure we could choose the fabric pattern that most appealed, listened to and incorporated some specific requests, and made a beautiful coat very quickly.
It was a very personalised and professional experience, and Sarah’s passion about quality materials that are all remanent off cuts so minimises the impact to the planet shines through.
